Booking Related
How can I change my booking?
Reservations can be modified and rescheduled on our booking system.
How do I cancel my booking?
In our booking app, please select cancellation. An email will be sent to our office for reimbursement of funds.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend your bring clean golf clubs and indoor shoes to your session.
Are kids allowed?
Yes, we are a family-friendly establishment. All ages are welcome.
Are pets allowed?
No. For safety, pets are not allowed in the facility. Service animals are welcome.
Is the price per bay or per person?
Bay 2 can accommodate up to 10 people. If you’re planning a larger party, please contact Happy Place Indoor Golf, and we’ll be happy to discuss options to accommodate your group.
During The Session
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, food and drinks are permitted
Can I use my own balls?
Yes. Please, ensure only clean golf balls.
How do I start my session?
To start a session, your will need to turn the projector on and log into the system.
Is there an auto-putt feature?
Yes, both our golf simulators offer auto-putt features. This can be disabled if you prefer to make each putt.
Can I extend my session while playing?
You may extend your session on-site if your current bay, or another bay, is available. To avoid interruptions, we recommend booking enough time in advance for your full visit.
